The AMAA participated in roundtable discussions on “Ensuring Social Housing Accessibility Policies in Armenia” and the “Economic Integration Program for Displaced Populations from Nagorno-Karabakh.”
Anna Zhamakochyan, the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, presented the state-run programs to the participants. This was followed by presentations of the work carried out by NGOs and discussions on the existing challenges.
Our organization presented a resettlement and integration program for those forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh to Tavush, with a key focus on the development of the village and region.
To further discuss the program in detail and explore cooperation, a meeting is planned in the near future between the leadership of AMAA and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.
