Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia, Davit Khachatryan, met with representatives of the AMAA.

The meeting focused on exploring opportunities for collaboration in the social sector, including housing support for forcibly displaced individuals from Nagorno-Karabakh, the development of the social work profession, and other related initiatives.

The AMAA has presented the programs it has implemented over the years, highlighting successful models of social work as well as current challenges.

A focus was placed on the Tavush Development Program, which aims to provide housing for those forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh and local villagers, while also improving employment opportunities and enhancing professional skills.

Both sides agreed to continue working together through experience-sharing and joint program implementation.
