To everything there is a season,
A time for every purpose under heaven.
Ecclesiastes 3:1
Despite the hardships, the blockade of Artsakh has not disrupted the activities of AMAA, the programs have not been interrupted in Artsakh carrying through with great dedication, service, love, and profound efforts of the devotees.
Yes, our colleagues from Artsakh are devotees: they serve in Stepanakert, Askeran, Martakert without grumbling, with gratitude and compassion, walking kilometers on foot and overcoming all obstacles with the love of God, not remaining indifferent to people’s needs and ignoring their own.
This year, summer camps in Armenia and Artsakh served more than 5400 children, creating safe and inspiring spaces for self-expression, play, personal development, intellectual games and for simply outlasting these challenging times together.
Kindergartens and Day Centers go out of their way so that kids are not robbed of their childhood, and these days the Armenian Children’s Milk Fund serves hundreds of Artsakh infants meeting a vital need.
Today Artsakh experiences a crisis, so the time has come to toil for the sake of Artsakh, with hardship, fatigue, patience, effort, arduous labor, endeavor, and only the efforts and toil of the devotees will bring Artsakh out of the crisis.
For a long time now, due to the blockade of Artsakh, communication and joint services with our local team have been limited to daily phone calls and random online meetings, and even a few minutes of interaction empowers us to continue our service far away from Artsakh, with confidence and faith that Artsakh is and will always be.
“We are strong, we will not be broken,” the brave voice of our teammates from Artsakh is heard every time in response to our inquiry.
Yes, Artsakh is unbreakable, Artsakh is standing with the sweat blood of its devotees.
And did you labor hard enough for Artsakh’s sake?
It is time.
