Since 1999, AMAA’s “Hayasa” Theatrical Group has been one of the organization’s key spiritual and cultural initiatives, staging over twenty performances. These productions beautifully convey Armenia’s invaluable historical, national, and spiritual heritage through the transformative power of art.
AMAA also collaborates with the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra and the “Music for Future” Foundation, fostering and supporting the talented youth of Armenia and forcibly displaced musicians from Artsakh. By helping these artists establish themselves and succeed in their fields, AMAA strengthens Armenia’s cultural legacy.
The organization proudly stands with musicians who continue to elevate the works of renowned Armenian composers on the global stage. This includes supporting pianist Hayk Melikyan’s solo concerts, which celebrated the landmark anniversaries of Komitas Vardapet and Aram Khachaturian, two iconic figures in Armenian classical music.
In 2023, AMAA had the honor of supporting the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra’s U.S. tour, which featured exceptional performances of Armenian classical music in several cities. These efforts underscore AMAA’s commitment to preserving and promoting Armenian cultural excellence both at home and abroad.
